New to CrossFit?

STEP ONE

Set up a FREE "No Sweat" Intro to come in and talk about what we do and how we can help you reach your goals. Each intro is approximately 15-20 minutes long.

STEP TWO

Elements Sessions must be taken by all beginning CrossFitters and anyone wanting to make CrossFit Bezel their home. The classes will help you understand the philosophy and methodology of CrossFit. These classes will familiarize you with the specific skills, exercises and lingo used in CrossFit boxes around the world.

You will be taught the functional movements that are the foundation of CrossFit.  Squat, Front Squat, Overhead Squat, Shoulder Press, Push Press, Push Jerk, Dead Lift, just to name a few.

Nutrition 101, and goal-setting are also part of Elements.

Elements are conducted in a friendly, 1 on 1 personal training environment and consist of  4 one-hour sessions led by a CrossFit Bezel Coach.
